I have always been fascinated with the mind, body, and internal connection. The human body has an incredible ability to heal itself; this inspired my journey of self healing. Through my extensive training in multiple healing modalities, I design each session according to the body's specific needs.  I believe when any of the elements are out of balance, the body responds with stress, tension, and pain. By creating a safe and supported space, I invite deep and personal transformation to arise.

My method incorporates a variety of healing modalities including, but not limited to; integrative bodywork, prenatal massage, reiki, cupping, crystal and theta healing.
